Jonah

In the gospels, Jesus calls the Old Testament, “the law and the prophets.” The Old Testament calls the law of God “the Word of God” and the prophets the men of God who preached the Word of God. This means the books written by the prophets, from Isaiah to Malachi, are half the essence of the Old Testament. There are more chapters and verses in the prophets than in any other part of the Bible, but the prophets are the least read and understood part of the Bible. In this booklet, I not only want to introduce you to the prophet Jonah. I want to share with you an approach to all the prophets that can open the largest section of the Bible to you. I also want t share with you in this booklet an approach to Scripture that can sharpen your focus as you read all the books of the Bible.
